Occupational Medicine
Our Occupational Medicine program offers a wide variety of services to enhance the process of on the job injuries. We offer walk in injury, illness evaluation and management 364 days a year. We have an extensive corporate service program that can be written to fit each employers needs based on their type of industry. Our clinics have Certified Drug and Alcohol testing personnel available to perform Urine Drug Screens, Hair Testing, and Breath and Saliva testing. After Hours Urgent Care holds a membership with the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. We have NIOSH Certified Staff to access and perform national standard testing that meets and or exceeds all national and state requirements for federal and state pre-employment or fit for duty testing. We provide yearly flu vaccinations, onsite health screenings, and work environment health. We have a very close relationship with the Idaho Industrial Commission which works with our employers in streamlined way to resolve issues quickly. All the cases are managed by Registered Nurses. The case managers are available to answer questions, clarify work status restrictions and coordinate services for patients and employers. We communicate daily with employers, adjusters, and medical providers to maximize the employee’s return to work schedule. We believe in getting the employee back to work quickly and safely. Our physicians work hand in hand with physical therapists, orthopedists, and other specialty referrals to manage appropriate and comprehensive treatments. Our primary goal is employee health and employer satisfaction.

Coeur d’Alene Location
We are located one block south of Kootenai Medical Center off Highway 95. Look for our trademark sign off Highway 95. The entrance is at the corner of Emma Avenue and Highway 95 (Lincoln Way). Convenient parking is available right outside our front doors.
Post Falls Office Location
The Post Falls office is located inside the KMC Health Park at the corner of Mullan Avenue and Shetland Street.
